Return To The Body: A Women's Wellness Gathering

Our bodies hold memory, transformation, pleasure, grief, and life itself.
This gathering is an invitation to pause, listen, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
In honor of Women’s Month, I’m opening my Brooklyn studio for a morning dedicated to women’s wellness, reflection, and community.
Through meditation, conversation, and artistic practice, we will spend the morning exploring ways to reconnect with our bodies and support one another through shared experience.
The gathering will include:
• A restorative sound bath meditation (limited to 15 participants)
• A live figure drawing session celebrating the female body
• A conversation around women’s health and holistic practices
• A participatory “Body Altar”, where guests can write messages honoring their bodies
Program
10:00 AM — Arrival & Tea
Welcome, settling in, and opening intention.
10:30 AM — Sound Bath Meditation hosted by Well Reserved
A deeply restorative experience.
11:20 AM — A guided somatic meditation and open circle led by Lumiveá
inviting participants to slow down, listen tot he wisdom of their bodies and share experiences in a supportive space.
12:00 PM —Drawing the Body
A guided live drawing session celebrating the female form.
12:40 PM — Community Gathering
Tea, conversation, sponsor tables, and participation in the Body Altar.
1:00 PM — Closing
This event was born from a personal journey navigating reproductive health and discovering how powerful it can be when women gather to share knowledge, care, and support.
Community Donation — $50 ( From 11:20 am onwards- guests are welcome to arrive, participate, in the somatic meditation, body ritual altar and drawing class freely)
Supporter Donation — $85 Includes access to all the gathering with sound bath meditation (limited to 15 participants).
Patron Donation — $120 : Includes sound bath meditation and a curated goodie bag featuring products from sponsors such as Love Wellness and other women’s wellness brands.
***A Note on the Sound Bath
The sound bath meditation will be held as a more intimate session with limited capacity (15 guests). Sound bath access will be prioritized for guests who reserve tickets including this experience.

This event is open to women and anyone who wishes to explore a deeper relationship with their body through wellness, reflection, and community.
The gathering will flow as an open studio experience where guests are welcome to arrive, participate in activities, and spend time in the space throughout the morning.
